The University at Buffalo School of Social Work (UB SSW) provides graduate-level professional degrees, including  the MSW,  PhD, the online DSW, and many dual degrees and combined degree programs, including a part-time, online/hybrid MSW, and a full-time 100% online MSW. We are ranked in the top 10% (25th) of the more than 200 schools of social work in the US.

Our unique master’s curriculum is based on trauma-informed and human rights (TI-HR) perspectives, with infusions of social issues from our Western New York State location to international sources.
